Pies vodka
I read a great newspaper "My family". This recipe is from there. The dough is versatile, the filling can be any, and the products fried or baked.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vodka

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Heat the milk and butter to dissolve the oil. Add yeast, eggs, vodka, a pinch of salt and sugar. Mix well

Add flour enough to knead elastic non-sticky dough. The original recipe I had to give the test 1.5 hours to go, but I added a little flour (I had to run to buy more) and the dough is well fermented. And after the final kneading, it very quickly rose

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling - onions, carrots and shred cabbage

And fry until soft all the components, adding seasoning to taste

Stick to the pies. Can be done with any filling and then fry or bake as desired. For my version of the cakes and leave to rise, coat with egg yolk, pierce with a match in several places and bake at 200 deg. until tender (40 minutes)
