Ginger-pear sauce for pancakes
The velvet flesh of juicy pears and spicy notes of ginger give this creamy sauce a unique combination. Recommend, this is delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Ginger

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

For pancake dough, I recommend a cooking oil Oleyna.

Prepare pancake batter according to your favorite recipe or use the recipe of pancakes from the Cook.

To bake pancakes, and prepare the ginger-pear sauce.

A teaspoon of clean ginger from the skin, is cleaned easily and simply, then grate.

Pear peel and cut into small cubes.

In a saucepan put brown sugar, butter, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp of boiling water and melt.

In the hot syrup, add the pears and ginger, stir and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and mash the cubes of pear with a fork, a potato masher or blender to break.

Pour the cream, mix well.
