Caviar from the beet with feta cheese
The recipe caught my attention because caviar is prepared from raw beet, with minimal heat treatment. Made, tried. Moderately salty, with a pleasant acidity and hrustenko. Very original, distinctive taste. But me and my family liked it. I hope the recipe is useful to you. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking time is given without cooling. Refined beet, cheese and onion cut into small cubes.
