Spicy eggplant casserole
Tender, flavorful casserole with a cheese crust and the smell of thyme. Easy slight kick from the cheese and chili make it very spicy. Eggplant is in harmony with it, and soy sauces TM " Kikkoman ", then completely replace salt. Well, at least for us.

Eggplant cut into cubes, salt and leave for 20 minutes the Juice to drain and rinse the eggplant. Dry. Pour soy sauce " Wok "from" Kikkoman ", oil and mix. Bake in the oven for 15 min.
