Meatballs in tomato-cream sauce
A delicious dish for the whole family. Prepared simply and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Boil the rice until soft. Chop the onion.

Connect in a bowl the mince, chopped onion, spicy dried herbs (0.5 teaspoon), boiled and washed rice, ground black pepper and salt to add to taste. The mince and knead well.

Dampened hands formed into meatballs.

In a bowl add sour cream (2 tbsp), tomato paste (1 tablespoon), vegetable oil (2 tbsp), flour (2 tbsp), salt to taste.

Mix until well blended.

Add a few peas of fragrant pepper, a mixture of herbs (0.5 teaspoon).

Add 1 Cup water.

Add the cooked mixture to form meatballs, add the Bay leaf.

Send the form with the meatballs in the oven for baking. Bake until done, then turn on the grill and brown the meatballs on the grill.

The meatballs can be served as a separate dish, and may be garnished with mashed potatoes, pasta or a variety of cereals (buckwheat, rice, pea)
