Description
More delicious cabbage pie, I haven't tried. In this a thin batter and lots of juicy toppings.

Cooking
Curd grind with egg and vegetable oil, mix with the remaining ingredients, knead the dough, wrap it in foil and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
While the dough cools, prepare a filling. Cabbage to chop thin straws, onions to chop finely. Garlic peel and crush with a knife, the apples also wash and chop coarsely. In a saucepan, melt the sugar until it forms Golden-yellow caramel mass and add butter.
Put in a saucepan cabbage, onion, garlic and slightly fry on medium heat with frequent stirring. Add the paprika, salt, pepper, put on top of the apples and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. At the end add the vinegar. The filling to cool.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the dough in shape with a diameter of 20 cm and spread hands, forming a raised edge height of about 3-4 cm.
To ready and a little cooled stuffing add diced cheese, whisk eggs with sour cream and mix well with filling. Spread the filling on the dough and bake the pie about 40 minutes.
The cake turns out very hearty, self-sufficient, recommend it completely cooled - so it is, in my opinion, tastier and the shape holds up better. Bon appetit!
