Tomato bread with onion
Post is nearing completion. I propose to make bread a cheerful orange color to the last days of lent. Bread turns out very fragrant and tasty, with a crispy crust and a soft crumb. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Water

    230 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    470 g

  • Seasoning

    3 tsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Onion cut into half rings. In skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil, add the onion and sauté 5 minutes. Then add 1-2 tbsp of Soy sauce and fry until cooked onions. Cool.

In warm water add the tomato paste, sugar, salt and mix well.

In the bucket of a bread machine add all ingredients in the order specified in the instructions. I added the water with tomato sauce and fried onions, stir. Then the flour, yeast, garlic powder, seasoning for the bread (a mixture of coriander seeds, sesame, black cumin, paprika ground, flax seeds). Bake on the basic program. Draw your attention to the amount of flour, depending on species, may require more. I had enough of the specified number. Alternatively, sauteed onions can be added after making the dough, put it on top of the lifting process.
