A delicious layered salad.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

Fish fillets washed and cut into slices, roll in flour with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil. If fillet is a bit broke, then break the larger pieces and place on a flat dish.

Wash mushrooms and cut into slices, fry until cooked.

Onion cut into half rings and fry until Golden brown. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream and pour over the fish, the fish, put the mushrooms. Again a layer of mayonnaise. And the last layer is the layer of the onion, it will taste and give a salad decorate. Bon appetit!!!
