Description
Snack simple friends offer. Beet and herring I so adore! And to expand a little menu, beet do with herring caviar. Onions, garlic, add, and a little bit of everything tucked in. And when it rises, it is possible for a table to sit down!
Ingredients

Beets
1 kg

Onion
1 piece

Garlic
2 tooth

Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp

Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp

Herring
Cooking
Products. The number of products at your discretion.
Beets bake in the oven (favorite way)
Baked beet to pass through a large grate grinder ( I just rubbed on a grater)
Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil.
Put the onions into the pan beets.
All put out. stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, add passed through the press garlic, a spoonful of mayonnaise.
Mix well, cool completely (better to give a little to steep)
On top lay the pieces of herring fillet, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
