  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Salt

    7 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix semolina with hot milk and leave for 1 hour

Mix egg with cream, salt and sugar
