Like to treat you to a wonderful cupcake. Not sweet! And to the delight of all men... the hepatic and spicy! Easy! Delicious with sour cream and butter! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    12 g

Cooking

Onion cut into small pieces. Fry on the 2st. L. sunflower oil. Add the sliced carrots. Fry.

Chicken liver wash, cut into medium pieces and add to the onions with carrots. Stirring constantly, fry.

Pepper, add 2st. L. soy sauce Kikkoman. Remove from the heat. Allow to cool completely.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the 5CT. L. sunflower oil in the foam. Add milk. Beat.

Add the flour with the baking powder to the scrambled eggs. Add gradually, spoons. Beat.

Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater. Add to the dough and mix the whole mass with a spatula.

Stir in the cooled liver. Mix well.

Prepared pan 25cm (in the shape of a heart), height 4cm, brush with butter and sprinkle with flour

Spread the batter into the pan and bake in preheated oven at 180 deg. 40 minutes.
