I wanted sweetie to cook, we have this "good mood": walnut cake with cottage cheese cream and peaches with chocolate

Cooking
For the sponge cake separate the egg yolks from proteins, mix with white sugar, add 10 table. spoons of cold water, mix well the Flour mixed with baking powder and add to the dough
Egg whites whipped to a froth with a few drops of lemon juice. Add to the dough
Cup walnuts grind in a blender (or skip in a meat grinder)
Mix thoroughly and pour the batter into a baking dish (I split), buttered and lined with parchment paper (I sprinkled the bottom and edges with flour). Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 185*C. Check a torch or toothpick (if dry, then the cake is ready)
The sponge is removed, the warm cut horizontally and cooling
For the cream: pour gelatin into the cream to swell, then in a water bath (do not boil), stirring to dissolve the Curd cheese mash with a fork, add the warm cream with gelatin and mix
Start shaping our cake.
