Buckwheat meatballs with mushrooms in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

I used to prepare rump TM Mistral.

The mushrooms and half the onion finely chopped.

Carrots grate on a fine grater, half of onion slice.

To make the sauce. Fry in 1tbsp. L. vegetable oil onions and carrots, add 50ml water and 1tbsp. L. tomato paste. A little put out, add some herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

Buckwheat boil until tender.

Mushrooms with onion fry in the 1st. L. vegetable oil. Connect buckwheat and roasted mushrooms.

Add the flour, herbs, salt and pepper.

To prepare the breadcrumbs.

Buckwheat mass formed into small croquettes, roll in breadcrumbs, put in a greased form for baking. If the meatballs will be poorly formed, you can add a bit more flour.

Pour meatballs with tomato sauce. Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
