Fettuccine with liver in Italian
Very simple to prepare, delicious, satisfying, budget dish for dinner at home.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Greens

Cooking

Liver allow to thaw, remove the foil, cut into medium-sized pieces.

Take two bowls, in one pour milk, the egg, whisk with a fork. In another put the flour, oregano, salt, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, stir.

First dip liver in egg mixture, then in flour, put in a pan with hot olive oil (2 tablespoons). Fry the liver for about 5 minutes until Golden brown. Remove to a plate.

The pan wash, wipe, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Put the chopped onions and fry a few minutes until transparent.

Mushrooms wash, dry, finely chop and put mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Put the chopped tomato, salt, stir.

Pre-cook fresh tomato juice in a juicer.

Add the juice to the sautéed mushrooms and simmer all for 10 minutes.

Add fried liver and simmer until it thickens about 15 minutes.

Take any pasta, I chose fettuccine. Cook according to the instructions on the package.

Such are ready the liver in the sauce.

Ready fettuccine recline in a colander, put it on a plate, put the liver with the sauce, decorate with greens, the dish is served hot immediately. Bon appetit!
