Cottage cheese and vanilla muffins
Delicious, lush and beautiful cupcakes for tea or coffee!!!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    160 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Topping pastry

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Butter to soften at room temperature preheat the Oven to 160 degrees; At high speed beat the butter with icing; Add sugar and eggs and continue beating; Add the cheese, whisking until smooth; reduce speed to low, gradually add the flour and baking powder, stir until smooth;

Muffin tin greased with butter, put the dough into molds, filling them 2/3 pieces; Cook 50 minutes or more (depending on size of shapes) until tender and Browning characteristic;

The finished cakes to cool, remove from the molds, sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate sprinkles.
