Tomato tortilla
Easy to make, but very tasty, summer dish.

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    0.5 cup

  • Water

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

  • Salt

Tomato juice, just dilute with water (if juice home it is very thick), add oil, salt. A half Cup of flour mixed with baking powder, add to tomato juice, then gradually add the remaining flour, the dough should be a little sticky, so flour could it need more/less.

To prepare cottage cheese (amount to your taste) and tomatoes cut into rings.

The pan pour a little oil, lay out and flatten the dough and fry until it will turn brown on low heat.

Then gently flip over, spread on top of cheese, then tomatoes.

Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook until it will turn brown.
