Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.75 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

All that is needed.

Chocolate (100g) melt in a water bath.

Mix all ingredients for cake into a homogeneous mass, can be a blender or a whisk.

A baking pan (size 1/2противня) lay a baking paper (bottom and sides) and grease well with oil. Put the dough and flatten.

Bake the cake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Make frosting: cream and chocolate (100g) put in an enamel mug and on slow fire to bring to a state of homogeneity. The icing cool slightly.

Spread the cooled cake with icing.

Cut the cake into triangles. You can decorate with thin slices of lemon or without them. :)
