Cooking
Bags of rice boiled in salted water 25 minutes.
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
Add the chopped garlic and ginger.
Add the soy sauce, wine, sugar, 1 tsp starch. Stir well and stand for 15 minutes.
Cabbage divided into stems and florets.
In a pan heat oil and fry it first, the stems of cabbage for 1 minute, then add broccoli florets, and a further 2 minutes. Put the fried cabbage into another bowl.
Then fry the chicken in the marinade for 4 minutes.
Then add to the chicken and cabbage, stir. Pour the mixture of water and starch (1/3 Cup of water and 1 tbsp of starch) and bring to a boil so the sauce thickens.
Our dish is ready. Served with boiled rice.
