Cooking
Onion peeled, coarsely chop and fry in small amount of butter or any other fat.
With tomato remove the peel, chop and send to the onions, fry.
Boil the rice in salted water until tender, I use "Indica brown" - very tasty and healthy rice.
The boiled beans add to the pan with the fried, stir, if it turns out too dry, add a little tomato juice.
Add salt, pepper, a little sugar, stir and give it a try!
Last add the rice. Mix well. Transfer to a baking dish.
Beat egg with milk (or sour cream/cream)+ salt and a little pepper. Pour the rice with beans.
Bake at medium temperature until Golden brown.
