Corn muffins with dates
Very easy to prepare, tender cupcake. Nice yellow color makes corn flour. The porous structure of cake interspersed with pieces of fragrant dates. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Cards

    15 piece

  • Margarine

    75 g

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    150 g

Cooking

Dates to wash and pour 1 tbsp. boiling water for 10 min.

Two kinds of flour, baking powder, vanilla mix and sift

RUB the eggs with sugar, add salt and mix well.

To add to the previous weight of the yogurt and stir.

The figs dry on a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Mix with a small amount of flour.

Melt margarine, cool.

In the egg-kefir mixture, add melted margarine and stir. Add dates and mix quickly again.

Pour into cake pan (grease if not silicone).

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45 min. Guided by your oven.
