Pate from beef
I love pate. With little effort you have a great alternative for a snack. Offer to cook a pate of beef. I hope that there are people that my version will satisfy.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    2.5 g

  • Parsley

Cooking

The beef boil until tender with any roots and herbs. Allow to cool in the broth. Cooking time is given without cooking and cooling of meat.

Large onion cut into half rings and fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Meat grind in a blender with fried onions and cream.

Add the grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

Soak gelatine in water. Mayonnaise from Mahe to mix with yogurt and horseradish. Parsley chop and add to mayonnaise mixture.

Gelatin overcome and dissolve in the fire with 1 teaspoon of water. Pour in mayonnaise mass, stir. Meat pate put them in a container, from top to distribute the mixture with the gelatin. Leave in the fridge to harden the top layer.
