Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

Sweet peppers for this conservation it is better to take fleshy, ripe.

A pepper with tails to wash, dry and fry in vegetable oil on all sides under the cover. ( do not clean)

Sort liter sterilized banks. Then to each jar add: 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp. of 9% vinegar, finely chopped garlic (optional).

Boil water without spices, ready to fill cans with boiling water and immediately roll. Tasty, simple and fast! COOK WITH LOVE!!!
