Cooking
Cook in cool eggs, peel them.
Cook also quail eggs. Cleaned.
Bell pepper and Chile remove seeds and cut into small stripes. I took Turkish Chile, it is spicy-sweet, so separate Bulgarian and Chile already didn't.
Red onions peeled and thinly cut into quarters. Garlic small diced.

Add the sugar and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
