Thai salad
Very tasty, hearty and bright salad for lovers of spicy food! Did the first time, but will do again and again.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    40 ml

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Quail egg

    15 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Cook in cool eggs, peel them.

Cook also quail eggs. Cleaned.

Bell pepper and Chile remove seeds and cut into small stripes. I took Turkish Chile, it is spicy-sweet, so separate Bulgarian and Chile already didn't.
