Cherry-chocolate souffle
Try the wonderful dessert-souffle "cherry delight"! Enjoy this delicious taste of their children, relatives or loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Water

    180 ml

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Dark chocolate

    3 slice

Soak gelatin in water (at room temperature) for 30 minutes to swell

Mix sour cream and sugar. Whisk. Put in the fridge for 10 minutes

Swollen gelatin heated to dissolve. Can not be boiled! Cooled to room temperature

In chilled cream with Sahara add gelatin and vanilla. Whisk

Add the cherries (I cut each berry in half) and grated chocolate (leave a little for decoration). Stir

Pour in kremanku. Refrigerate until fully cured (I have the souffle freezes for 1.5-2 hours)

Decorate as you wish (I decorated with chocolate, marshmallows and raspberry jam). Ready! Bon appetit!
