Delicate pudding just melts in your mouth! Delicious and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    900 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    100 g

Cooking

Cooking time is given without the baking time. The liver is cut into pieces and skip together with the onion through a meat grinder.

Beat the eggs with the salt in the foam. Add the milk and beat again.
