Baozi with liver and cheese
Baozi is a popular Chinese dish, like dumplings, baozi is a small Patty, steamed. The dough is usually a yeast, in contrast to the mantle or POS. On the website there is already one recipe from Olga Babych, but in my bazzah the dough is quite another. If you're interested, welcome aboard!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    35 g

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Chicken liver

    150 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Green onions

    10 piece

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In the bucket of CPS to lay all the products according to the instructions. Select the mode "Dough".

Liver, cheese, garlic grind in a food processor or mince.

Add to the filling of soy sauce, ginger, paprika, Basil, chopped green onions (jusy in my case). Mix and put into the refrigerator while preparing the dough.
