Very surprised that I never found pancakes to baked milk... (as in the end it turned out that warm milk just was not in the list of ingredients), I'm not good at the other. Gentle, simple and most importantly very filling, relished even this picky "consumer& quot; as my husband. Very tasty and easy! Suggest!!!

Cooking
Finely chopped fillet stewed in sour cream, salted and pepper (the meat should be soft and tender). Not roast!
Knead the dough for pancakes from milk, eggs, flour and salt (to taste).
Pan greased very small amount of butter for each pancake!
Bake thin pancakes. I have one test takes literally a third of the ladle.
Mix the cooled fillet with grated cheese.
Spread the filling on the pancake...
... and turn the envelope.
