Cooking
Whisk butter with sugar.
One by one add the egg yolks, continue whisking on low speed.
Then orange juice and zest, stir.
Add sieved flour, baking powder, almond powder, nuts, herbs and carrots. Mix well. The dough turns thick.
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a dense foam, and gently stir them into the dough.
Put in a greased form and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for about 45 min (check with a wooden stick), leave the cake in the tin for 10 minutes, and then, turning, put on the grill, let it cools down for at least 1 hour.
