Merry Christmas, dear cooks! I want to share with you the recipe of delicious cake, cooked it for Christmas. My whole family took it with a Bang! Very rich chocolate taste, with delicious notes of prunes, almonds and spices! It was a real treat! Another definite plus of this recipe is that unlike traditional Christmas baking - stylenow and wreaths requires six weeks of aging.   • Cinnamon

  • Cardamom

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

First, beat eggs with sugar and sour cream.

Then melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring all the time. Remove from heat, add cocoa powder. A little cool, mix with the egg-sour cream mixture. Add the slaked soda and salt.

Whisking on medium speed, add small portions of almonds and prunes. Then add the flour and spices. First stir with a spoon, then beat with a mixer. The consistency should be thick cream.

Pour the batter into the form. Put in a preheated 200 gr. the oven. Immediately reduce the temperature to 180 gr. Baking time depends on the shape and your oven, remove the sample on a dry splinter.

Hot cake stick a thin needle in many places and pour over brandy (I increased the amount of brandy in two and do not regret). Wrap the cake in parchment and let rest at room temperature for a day. The next day, prepare the glaze - combine all ingredients, bring to boil on small fire, stirring all the time.
