Don't know about you, but we have all day rain, the mood like a wilted, wanted something unusual... the result is VERY TASTY donuts - crisp, juicy, with aromas of orange, coconut and mango.

Cooking
Curd mash with sugar.
Add pre-cooked pumpkin puree (for the pumpkin bake in the oven, cool, crush in a blender).
Add the eggs, flour, slaked soda, stir.
Add orange zest, mix well.
Apple peel and cut into small cubes.
If You do not have at hand mango, you can put raisins, pear or melon, you can generally only do with apples or any other filling of Your choice. By the way, green mango, there is such a variety, will not work. I have been untouched in the fridge mango, I cut it from the flank, cleaned peeled, sliced cubes.
Mix Apple and mango, if you like, add the sugar, but I didn't.
Dip hands in flour or oil, take about a teaspoon of cottage cheese and pumpkin pulp, form a thin pellet, the thinner the better! Add flour if the dough stick much to your hands. Put in the centre some Apple-mango filling, zasypnica edges, shape of a ball.
CAREFULLY roll the balls in coconut flakes.
I fried deep-fried in corn oil, a small fire, to blush, to spread on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and eat way too much for both cheeks! :-)))
Of course, the most delicious donuts when they are hot!!!
