Cooking
Soak raisins for 15 munut. Then to dry out.
Orange wash. Grate the zest. The flesh without the membranes and seeds, slice.
Mix the remaining ingredients.
Add the raisins and orange. Mix well.
Pour into a mold. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
