Somehow, looking through my old notebook, I came across this recipe and decided to try to cook. I liked the result, and since this pie is often on our table. And now I want to share with you. Dear cooks, this cake is for you! AND, ESPECIALLY FOR LOVERS OF CORN - TANECHKI-LIANDI, NINOLE-DESERT ROSE AND TANYA-TTSKY. GIRLS, HELP YOURSELF!

Cooking
In a saucepan pour water, pour cereal, add sugar, vanilla and put over high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. On high heat it will take about 5 minutes. When the water almost boil, reduce the heat and pour 0.5 cups of milk. Boil a couple of minutes (not more, we need a semi-grits), remove from heat and cool.
The cooled porridge. It needs to be even thicker, but this time, I prepared the smaller portions and calculated the amount of fluid :-[.
While the porridge is getting cold, you need a dry pan to fry the peanuts and clean it. In fact, according to recipe nuts not needed, but I decided to add them and have not regretted. In General, other nuts.
Flour mix with yeast, add a pinch of sugar and pour the remaining milk (warmed up!). Stir, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. I put on a Sunny windowsill :-).

The oven is heated to 160 degrees. In corn dough put the yeast mixture and stir.
Then shift it into the prepared mold, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
After the time remove the film and put the pie in the oven.
Bake until Golden brown about 1 hour. Depends on the oven.
The finished pie to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I'm on top of the powder is still sprinkled with cocoa.
Serve with sour cream or, in my case, with whipped cream.
