My second salad from the "Replace the classics". And today I encroached on... Olivier.. You know, I really liked it. Is without potatoes and cucumbers also makes a delicious salad.

Boil the bulgur in salted water according to instructions: Pour in a ratio of 1:2 and cook for about 10 minutes until absorbed all the liquid in the rump. Chicken and egg boil.
Chicken and egg slice. Apple RUB on a large grater and sprinkle with lemon juice. Greens finely chop. Combine all the ingredients ( Bulgur, chicken, peas, Apple, egg)
Season with salt and pepper. You can just tuck in mayonnaise. I mixed 50/50 with sour cream and added some paprika.
