Salad cake made of rice and fish
On New year everyone is trying to make something beautiful and not trivial. Offer to make a salad of yellow rice with salmon, shrimp and cucumber. And place it in the form of cake.

To prepare the salad I used long grain rice Orient, because when cooked it keeps its shape and is not sticky. It should boil in salted water with the addition of turmeric. I used 160 ml of water. If you prefer to cook in a large quantity of water, must then fold the rice in a colander. The rice cool.

Soak gelatine 50 ml (1/4 Cup) cold water. Leave on for 30 minutes. Eggs cook. Separate the whites from the yolks and chop them separately ( I do this with a fork). Shrimp and cucumber finely chop.

Bowl (capacity 1 l) lay a film. Lay the sliced salmon (salmon). I used 2 packs in the ingredients indicated net weight.

Cream cheese mix with mayonnaise and sour cream. Whisk immersion blender. Gelatin dissolve in a water bath and pour a thin stream in cheese while whisking. Mix well.

In a salad bowl put 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mass.

On top of the yolks, curd, shrimp. Again the cheese mass, then the cucumber.

Again, the cheese mass, proteins, curd, rice

And to finish a cheese mass. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours (can be overnight).

On a dish lay out lettuce leaves on top of the inverted bowl. Remove the bowl and film.
