Onion salad with anchovies
Onion salad instant food. Spicy, juicy, tangy and crispy salad without a hint of bitterness and tears. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Anchovies

    1 can

  • Greens

    1 coup

Ingredients.

Boil in kettle of water. Onions sliced not too thin and semi - deverticalized depending on the size of the bulbs.

Fold the chopped onion in a suitable container, dismantling into pieces with your hands or a fork and pour boiling water. Wait 1-2 minutes and drain onions in a colander. Let the water drain off.

Put onions in a salad bowl. Add the lemon juice, soy sauce and honey. Add the vegetable oil or oil from the jar of anchovies. Mix thoroughly.

Finely chop the anchovies. If you wish to leave a few fish to decorate the salad.

Finely chop the greens. I used parsley, but you can use any favorite herbs. Mix it all together.
