Mini meatballs salted crackers and crab sticks - easy to make appetizer.

Cooking
Grind a cracker.
For making mini - meatballs I used crab sticks "A sea".
Crab sticks finely chop and add to the crushed crackers.
Then add the egg, mustard, sour cream and salt.
Mix well.
To form the meatballs, from the resulting meat blind balls the size slightly smaller than a walnut and flatten.
Out of this number ingredients I got 15 small meatballs.
The meatballs fry in olive oil.
On both sides.
Ready meatballs to put on a napkin to remove excess oil.
