Cooking
Prepare the dough. To do this, sift the flour and add a pinch of salt. Softened butter cut into cubes and place in bowl to oil. RUB the butter into the flour with your fingertips until the state greasy crumbs. Add in the crushed ice water and quickly knead the dough. From it formed a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After the refrigerator divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, roll out the dough and put into molds. On the dough put the load - I use dry beans. Put the ramekins in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the tins and put aside.
While preparing the tarts, prepare them for stuffing. For starters avocado clean, remove the seeds and grind into a puree in a blender.
Eggs peel and grate on a fine grater, mix with avocado.
To the avocado-egg mixture, add soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.
In tartlets put the stuffing and put in a bowl, which will take you on a picnic.
For a more festive look you can decorate with red caviar and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
