Ingredients

Preparatory phase 1. Yogurt sent overnight in the freezer. In the morning, take a pot and a colander with gauze in 4 layers, to get completely frozen kefir and put in a colander. It turns out that this design. Leave out to thaw until the evening. By evening, get home delicate curd/mascarpone.
