Description

Lent is over, I'm a little late with the recipe. But I hope that this recipe will come in handy in the future. Cutlets, and even taste very similar to conventional meat. Surprise your fasting household. I'm sure cakes will not leave anyone indifferent.

    125 g

  • Figure

    125 g

  • Mashed potatoes

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

Cooking

step-0
Boil potatoes, crushed in puree. The puree should be a little dry. Cook the rice and buckwheat separately. Don't forget to salt the water when cooking. Measure out the main ingredients in the proportions: 1 serving of "rice+buckwheat" = 1 portion of mashed potatoes.
step-1
Mince buckwheat, rice, onion, add mashed potatoes, seasoning (or other spices familiar to You in the preparation of cutlets), press out the garlic, chop up the greens. Carefully mix everything. If forgot to salt the water when cooking, add salt at this stage, stir.
step-2
Lepim patties. If the mass You have turned out watery, add a little flour. But if You don't allow unnecessary moisture or in mashed potatoes or buckwheat with rice, this is not required)
step-3
Fry in vegetable oil for the crust, without fear that the meatballs cooked through. Bon appetit :)
