Cupcake banana
Very tasty, flavorful and, like all banana cakes, slightly moist cupcake!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

    20 g

Mix with a mixer the butter (after you get it, so it is slightly softened) and sugar. Separate the whites from the yolks. Separately mix the oil mixture to the egg yolks.

Mash the bananas, add the liqueur.

To the butter-egg mixture, add banana mixture, coconut, chopped chocolate and flour with baking powder. Mix well. Well, beat egg whites and gently combine with banana batter.

Put the dough in the form. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes.

The finished cake to cool. Decorate as desired. I melted in a water bath chocolate (50 grams), 30 grams of butter and 2 tablespoons milk. And sprinkled crushed nuts. You can decorate with chocolate icing, banana chips and coconut flakes.
