Pizzetta with pumpkin, ham and ricotta
Interesting and simple recipe the next contest material "Stuff".

Ingredients

  • Rosemary

  • Ricotta

    100 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Pumpkin

    0.25 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Flour

    250 g

Sift the flour (I did a mixture of the two types of flour, wheat and corn). Add the dry yeast. Mix well.

Gradually add warm water and olive oil, knead is not very steep, but elastic dough. To put it in a bowl with olive oil, wrap and put in a warm place for 1 hour

Meanwhile clean the pumpkin and cut it into slices. Put on the laid parchment baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes (depends on pumpkin)

Cakes spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and top with pieces of baked pumpkin.

Then ham or bacon and ricotta (ricotta can be made from frozen yogurt, recipe-idea "walks" on the website for a long time!) Sprinkle with the rosemary or sage. Bake in preheated oven at temp. 200 about 10-12 minutes.
