Warm salad of paprika
I represent to your attention one of the favorite salads in our family. In-season vegetables make it almost every week. Good as a separate dish in the weekdays and holidays, and as an accompaniment to kebabs. Welcome to the table!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    6 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    4 Tbsp

  • Adyghe cheese

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Paprika wash, remove seeds and partitions, cut into triangles

Zucchini cut into half rings, 1 cm thick

Cut each onion into 6 wedges

Chop the garlic

To make the sauce: mix oil, balsamic vinegar and honey, add salt to taste

Put all the vegetables on a baking sheet and pour a sauce or into a deep bowl and mix well, I think that the way vegetables are better mixed with the sauce

Put the baking sheet with the vegetables in a preheated 200 gr. the oven and bake for 20 minutes

While the vegetables are roasting, cut the cheese slices

And fry it on the grill or in a dry non-stick pan ( chicken not fry, it melt)

Cooked vegetables spread onto plates, top with slices of cheese. Bon appetit!
