Salad
If you like seaweed, and the more it is necessary for medical reasons, then you here. This salad is just a storehouse of vitamins, so necessary in the period of spring avitaminosis. I hope is useful to those who are fasting.

Ingredients

  • Red onion

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cranberries

Vegetables wash, peel. Red onions cut thin half-rings, the Beijing cabbage and thin strips.

Cabbage and onions are slightly abenaim, sprinkle with vinegar and soy sauce. I have a sweet TM Kikkoman.

Add pickled (from my banks) sea Kale. Saut oil, stir.
