Salad with fillet of Turkey and radishes
Delicious crispy spring salad with radishes and a sauce of sour cream. Fillet of Turkey need to prepare in advance. I used the recipe "Chicken salad" from Lyudmila (beautiful woman). The meat in this recipe is very tasty, not fibrous. Delicate sour cream sauce with grainy mustard and prepared gives a special flavor.

Ingredients

  • Radishes

    90 g

  • Lettuce

    70 g

  • Green onions

    0.25 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Salad of iceberg cut into small pieces. Green onions cut into rings. Ready fillet cut into ribbons. Radishes cut into half rings. In a salad you can use chicken, pre-boil, let cool and slice.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. In Cup, mix mustard, cream cheese, sour cream, grain mustard, olive oil.
