Mackerel in spring
So wanted already this spring, warm and Sunny, that I decided to remember the old recipe that I read once on the page of the day calendar. Mackerel is very tasty, with a lemony acidity, and the sauce is everyone's favorite spring salad with cucumbers, egg and onion. Very unusual combination, but it is incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 kg

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 slice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

Cooking

1.Mackerel cleaned from the innards, cut the head and tail.

2. In boiling over low heat water, add salt, vinegar, lemon slice and dill, and cut in half onion.

3. Cook the fish until cooked and leave in the water in which it was cooked for the night.

4. Then remove the fish skin, divide the fish into two halves and place them on a dish.

5. Now prepare the sauce. Mayonnaise dilute cream.

6. Add the peeled and chopped cucumber.

7. Then cut as finely egg and add to the sauce. 8.Finely chop the parsley and add to the same, sprinkle lightly with salt.

9.Pour the mackerel sauce (salad) and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
