Stuffing put in a bowl. Instead of salt use a salt mixture.

Grate the potatoes. It will replace the egg.
Add water so that the stuffing wasn't runny or thick.
Mix well. The better the mix the minced meat, the softer and lighter it will be.
Spread the stuffing on the foil and with your hands spread evenly on the foil edges. In the middle put the stuffing of garlic and onions. Sprinkle a little salt seasoning.
Tighten the roll in foil and place in the hot oven for 40 minutes - 45 at a temperature of 180 degrees.
