As for me, very very good. Can be served as a salad, and can be issued as a snack. The choice is yours.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

  • Shrimp

  • Chicken egg

  • Olives

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon

    2 slice

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

In a saucepan of boiling water (1 l) drop of 0.5 tbsp of salt, Bay leaf, cinnamon, peppercorns and fennel stalks. Lower there shrimp with mussels. Cook for 5 minutes.

Shrimp and mussels to clean, cut into slices.

Melt butter in a pan and fry the chopped prawns with the mussels for a few minutes, drizzle with lemon, add garlic, finely chopped, and a couple of minutes to fry, stirring constantly.

From olives, olives (2 pieces) to remove the bones, cut into small cubes. Korean carrots also finely chop. And dill chop. Egg boil hard boiled, peeled, cut into cubes.

Add mayonnaise and mix well, fill the tartlets on the bottom which put a lettuce leaf. Decorate the top with the black olives and green olives, shrimp, all the things will fit.
