Fish with rice in Portuguese

So, I want to advise You to cook a very tasty dish "Fish with rice in Portuguese", which is prepared immediately with a side dish, and will not leave You indifferent! This dish can decorate the holiday table and everyday meals.

Ingredients

    1 cup

  • Fish

    750 g

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Marjoram

  • Thyme

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

One Cup of rice, pour a large amount of salted water and put to boil.

Almost ready rice, drain and dry well.

Onions finely chop and lightly fry in vegetable oil.

Add the pounded garlic, parsley, sliced tomatoes or diluted in water tomato paste and put it out.

Then add this mixture to the rice and there to pour the wine. Season with salt, pepper, herbs.

Raw fish (I Pollock) cut into small cubes, put the prepared rice and simmer 20 minutes until tender.

Then you can safely start the meal!
