Fish cakes with cheese
Diet fish cakes. The dream to lose weight!

Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    400 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

In the fish meat, add cheese (I used cottage cheese), grated on a fine grater carrots, egg and vegetable oil. Salt, but be careful if using cottage cheese, it is quite salty.

Knead the dough well. If not satisfied with the consistency, you can skip the meat through a meat grinder.

Recipe cutlets prepared in a double boiler. I don't have this miracle of technology. Formed patties were zapanirovat in breadcrumbs and baked in the oven at 150* for 30 minutes.

The taste is neutral, next time I would add some garlic and onions. BON APPETIT!
