Cooking
Prepare the products. All fruit to be washed.
With a lemon grate the zest. Grapes cut in half, remove seeds.
In a pan pour 50 gr. brown sugar, add the cloves, zest and juice from half of a lemon. Bring to a boil.
In boiling the syrup, pour the grapes, stir and proverjaem 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool.
Pear cut lengthwise into four pieces, then cut into slices.
In a pan pour the remaining 50 gr. sugar, put a cinnamon stick and squeeze the juice from the other half of the lemon. Bring to a boil.
Add the pears, stir and boil 5 minutes, cool.
The mascarpone in a bowl, add a spoonful of cream and stir.
To the cheese add the cooled pears and gently stir.
In bowl or glasses spread pear cream, add half of the grapes and pour on top of the syrup that is formed during the heating of the grapes. The cooled cream in the fridge.
When serving, decorate with mint.
